All applicants must be 18 or over to apply. We will contact you by the end of September to let you know if you have been successful.
Strictly St. Luke’s is a fundraising activity to support the continued delivery of our essential palliative and end of life care services, in the communities of Basildon and Thurrock. To receive a place in Strictly St. Luke’s, you are asked to pledge to raise sponsorship. There is a minimum sponsorship target of £1,000 per participant with points being awarded depending on the amount of money you raise. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further details of the scoring system. The answers given to the questions below will be used when assessing your application. Please provide as much relevant detail as possible.
