Light up a Life with St. Luke's Hospice today in memory of your loved one

Make your Light up a Life dedication today

Your dedication and donation in your loved one’s memory today will help us continue to provide our specialist, compassionate end of life and palliative care for local people, like Jeremy – Wendy’s husband, who was cared for by St. Luke’s Hospice.

“I was reassured and relieved when anyone from the Hospice came out to see Jeremy, as I knew they would all be equally as compassionate, kind, caring, empathetic and understanding – they’re just amazing people.”

– Wendy, whose husband Jeremy was cared for at home by the Hospice.

As well as making your donation and dedication to your loved one today, there are various ways you can join our Hospice community in remembering all those special to us, who are no longer with us.

Please choose from the options below to find out more.
