Our OneResponse telephone line provides advice and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call us on 01268 526 259. The telephone advice line is open to you if you:

• live in Basildon and Thurrock and have a life limiting illness
• care for someone who has a life limiting illness and lives in Basildon and Thurrock
• are a health and social care professional working within the areas of Basildon and Thurrock

Calls are assessed and an appropriate response is arranged by our Hospice Community Services team - this could include partnership with other services including District Nurses.
