St. Luke’s Hospice is excited to be partnering with BBC MasterChef UK finalist, published author and food systems advisor Anurag Aggarwal, to launch SEASONS @ St. Luke’s by AnuragFoodStory.

Opening in summer 2026 and based at the Hospice in Thurrock, the 29-cover Bistro will combine exceptional food, warm hospitality and a strong sense of community.

Recruitment is now open for a range of front and back of house roles at SEASONS @ St. Luke’s and the Hospice is inviting hospitality professionals at all stages of their careers - from entry-level to experienced - to be part of the project.
