Thank you for making an online Gift Aid declaration. We will update our records accordingly. This means that we can claim an extra 25% on top of personal donations you make from the Government at no extra cost to you.

By making a Gift Aid declaration, you confirm that:

• You are a UK taxpayer and that the name and address provided are correct and apply to your Gift Aid declaration.
• You would like St. Luke's Hospice to reclaim the tax on all personal donations you have made in the last four years, and on any future donations you make, unless you notify us otherwise.
• You have paid enough UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover all of your charitable donations and you know that Council Tax and VAT do not qualify.
• You are aware if you do not pay the same amount, or more, of UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax then it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
