Advice for visiting the Hospice as of May 2024

  • Handwashing remains paramount throughout your visit
  • If you are feeling unwell, we would ask that you do not visit, or inform a member of staff who will advise you
  • On arrival to the Hospice you will be asked to sign in, and give your car registration number for ease of parking
  • You will be given visitor sticker, and asked for the name of the person who you are visiting.
  • You will be shown to their bedroom
  • If you are aiming to stay overnight with your loved ones, we ask that if possible you can provide your own bedding, a bed will be made available for you to use
  • You will have use of washing/bathroom facilities for your comfort
  • Only in exceptional circumstances would visiting be restricted, this would be fully explained to you and any other visitors.  Alternative arrangements will then be discussed.
