Advice for visiting the Hospice as of October 2023 

  • Staff and visitors will no longer be wearing a face masks unless nursing a patient or relative who has been confirmed positive of COVID-19
  • The majority of staff and volunteers will be mask free, you can however wear a mask as a personal preference
  • If you are feeling unwell, or displaying any signs of COVID-19/Flu symptoms, please do not visit without informing a member of staff who will advise you
  • Please ensure that where possible the room you are in is ventilated
  • Please use the hand sanitisers that are available to you, and wipe down any surfaces regularly using the Clinell wipes provided
  • Hand washing remains paramount
  • On arrival to the Hospice you will be signed in and allocated a visitor sticker
  • The above guidance is for visitors attending any department within Hospice services
