St. Luke's Hospice is an independent registered charity, working in Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (MSEICS). We work closely with colleagues in the MSEICS, as well as The Basildon & Brentwood Alliance, Thurrock Alliance (formally CCGs) and all health and social care professionals.
Palliative and end of life care is provided where and when it is needed - in the Hospice, in a patients primary residence or in the community. Care is patient centric and individualised, respecting the needs and wants of each person.
